Return/Exchange

As long as the product is not used or modified, you have the right to return and exchange it within 30 days for online purchases and 30 days for in-store purchases.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns belong to us. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your shipping appointment for return/exchange will be created and delivered to your address. 
There is no right of return or exchange for our products in the accessory category.
There is no right of return or exchange for purchases abroad. 
Products purchased through marketplaces cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores, but you can have all modifications made free of charge in our stores.
